The Ashland-Boyd County-Catlettsburg Office of Emergency Management is assisting the Boyd County Amateur Radio Emergency Service, with the establishment of a DMR repeater, this system which is linked to the brandmeister system allowing users to connect to internet connected repeaters across the globe.
This system is open to all amateur radio operators!
